Maliq Akil Johnson (born June 22,2000) is an American actor. He portrays Jayson Jackson on Netflix's Grand Army.
Biography[]
He first came home to Starrett City and grew up in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. He attended Cobble Hill School of American Studies. His father, Mark, is a barber who owned Head Hunter Barbershop, in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Maliq is now based in Queens. He began acting in commercials at a young age.
